Staff helpful and friendly.

I went to the shop with a ring in mind, but they didn't have it in stock, which was fine. The staff said that they would be able to order the particular ring, and that it would arrive about a week later. Prior to deciding to order the ring, I asked that we measure my ring size so I know for the future what size to order. So I came back once the ring was delivered to the shop only to find that it doesn't fit and is way too small. I was then told that it would have to be sent away for another week and that I'd have to pay odd R300 for the resizing. I was extremely dissapointed that 1) despite us having JUST measured my size they couldn't order it in the correct size and 2) they didn't inform me that the ring would have to be sent for resizing anyway because it only comes in sizes that are too small in the first place. The size was wrong so much that the ring did not even pass my knuckle. So now I'll only collect my ring after another week and R300 later. It feels like a scam.

Had my daughter's ears pierced there a month ago. I was very disappointed with how unfriendly the staff were. It was such a nerve wrecking experience for me so a smilling face would have been nice. The one lady that assisted was bitter and cold. Once piercing was done the lady decides to tell me how to care for her ears in a 10 second dialogue without taking a breath while my baby was screaming. Something i looked so forward to turned into a horrible experience.

Shopkeeper was incompetent. Sorry. How was he hired. Did not know what I was talking about. Bad experience. American Swiss is assumed to be synonymous with style and class but unfortunately this was most definitely not experienced. What a disappointment. Sorry.

The ladies are very friendly and their service was top notch.....always putting the client first.
