Such amazing service from the staff at Vic Bay, they all so friendly although under stict Covid regulations. Stand out service from Malcolm and Selina, who was so helpful and patient with the many questions I had. I definately chose the best company to come to with great affordable prices. The v-neck shirts stretched wide and shortened after a bunch of washes. Took them back and 3 months later (granted over Xmas but still excessive) and they didn’t do the wash test they where supposed to so made it pass.They’re clever and they know what they’re doing because they don’t care about returns so deemed me to fail on this so they don’t have to worry about it further. CrazyI’m done with them

I bought 4 platinum series t shirts for a client and they shrank and warped in all directions by about 3 to 4 centimeters after the first wash. It has now taken almost 2 months to sort this out and still no solution. 30 odd emails back and forth and also no solution has been found. Further to that i dont even receive any more responses. When i phone to speak to someone to get an answer, i am told that i will be called back and still nothing. Unbelievable. Disappointed to say the least.
