Recently called to get some info on a mattress I was interested in. The lady who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful and told me to call the store selling the bed and ask them. Her tone and manner of speaking was quite rude. Makes no sense since I wanted additional info that was more in depth than the store was able to provide. Ridiculous that she didn't even bother to check if anyone could assist, considering they are the manufacturers of the bed they should have this info. I then decided to go with a different brand.

We have owned a Cloud Nine mattress for about 3 years. We had a problem with the mattress and asked for a consultant to come out to inspect it to see if we could get a new one under warranty. The whole experience was unpleasant. Their communication is poor. You will end up chasing them. If you're looking for a quality product and decent customer service I would definitely not recommend Cloud Nine. Save yourself the sore back and steer clear of Cloud Nine

The worst experience ever. My daughters bed stated to collapse with the guarantee period. They sent someone to check it out but said that the guarantee has fallen away due to stain on the bed. I explained to them that we just had all our beds cleaned by a specialist and this could be why there was a stain but there should be no reason why the mattress collapsing. I tried talking to management which was a total waste. Did not bother to chase them.

These cloud nine beds have a problem with the base, the pin ends up flush at the bottom of the base, which does not allow the foot to slot in anymore, only 2 years guarantee on Base, company can't even fix it even at your own cost, 25 years warranty on what exactly only if the mattress looses shape, I even tried explaining that problem to the durban branch, they made excuses, was rude and even cut the call before I finished explaining the problems, pathetic service, I would give zero stars if possible.The bed itself is not bad, but the warranty is just advertised to get you to buy the product.
