We have been going to Dr Van der Ross for about 20 years. After my daughter having a very taumatic experience with a previous dentist he was so amazing that she is very at ease at the dentist. He is amazing so gentle and you don't feel the injections. Would not change for the world.

Brilliant service and great staff, however they have a tendency to exploit all your medical aid funds with unnecessary charges and overcharged rates. Which not only affects one person but the rest of the people on the m.a. They have you running back a million times in the span of 6 months just to suck your finances dry. I don’t support businesses whom take advantage of others for the benefit of themselves. This is trash.

My family and I have all been going to the dentist /oral hygienest for over 10 years. They are friendly, professional, and great at what they do. They charge medical aid rates and sort out the payments with the medical aid for you, lots of medical practices don't do this anymore and one has to pay upfront then claim back from your medical aid. No issues with follow ups and or problems one might have and they are interested in your wellbeing. Parking is easy and they are well located in wynberg however not to be confused with the dentist practice across the road.

Dr van der Ross makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, which is invaluable for someone who is anxious about coming to the dentist. He is so skilled at administering his local anaesthetic injections that you hardly feel it- the best in my experience! He is highly recommended
