The service was sluggish initially with Whatsapp responses not being minded timeously. The salesperson too sounded indifferent when I called (he did not offer any additional information. I had to ask all the questions). Other than that, after I had successfully placed my order, the service was wonderful. I received regular emails informing me of the status of my order. until after I had my package in hand. Still will do business you. Just fix those mishaps.

Won't support this small company. I wanted to buy 2 x 25kg potassium permanganate from them, after confirming with them that they do have stock available i drove 2 hour roundtrip only to arrive and telling me that they do not have stock available. So i wasted my valuable time and my petrol for a company that is telling lies. People don't waste your time with this small company.

Just had the best experience with this company. I researched them & due to some bad reviews I was reluctant to place an order. So I asked if I could order COD. They were hesitant but took the chance and sent me my item. The item arrived within 24 hours of ordering and in great packaging. I am very impressed and will definitely use Masiye again.
