Been trying for almost a year to get them to complete the forms that I need to hand in to the municipality but with no joy. Sent numerous emails also with no luck. The system was installed in January 2019 and never work 100%. If I could give them a minus star i would.

8 panels out of 16 were placed on the roof largely covered by shade during the supposed sweet hours of solar energy between 10h00 and 14h00. A survey of the best place to put the panels was not complete.
