Shaab Construction

A word of warning to anyone looking for a reliable contractor... do not make the same mistake I did by appointing Fanie Grove of Shaab construction.I appointed him to repair and refurbish my pool. What he did was to drop off a person per day, or up to 3 people, without supervision and at times without the required material to complete the work. While I still owed him money, things seemed to progress, slowly but at least. However, after I paid him in full it became increasingly difficult to get him to commit to appointments to resolve the punchlist. After about 3 weeks of starting a 5 day job he left Patrick at my house and he had only one objective, which was to do damage... included are photos showing what the surface of my fiberglass pool looks like after Patrick started to repaint it with old paint that was full of dry pieces of paint and then started to sand down the wet paint. Now I will have pay another contractor to come fix this mess.
