Even though they observe COVID19 protocols (you order your food and wait outside), I had to wait for 55 minutes for my order. When I eventually went in to inquire why such a long waiting time, they told me the food was ready and had been ready for a few minutes. They said they had called out my order number, which was not true because I never heard them call my order number and I was at the door the whole 55 minutes. We love Steers food but I'm not going back to this one.

I ordered a triple decker creamy chicken with extra jalapeño and waited for 45 minutes only to find out that my pizza was not prepared then they prepared it in 5 minutes to be honest it was not not good at all
