I’ve been dining here since 2015 and honestly the tranquil here is unmatched. Never full,very private and intimate and the food is delicious,the food presentation and the dishes looks so amazing.I’ve witnessed this establishment grow and I’m very proud of the growth

Food was nice, just that the salad serving was way too small for the price of that plate. Increase the serving and I will give a 4. Very comfy and welcoming. I will definately go there again for the food. They need to change their cutlery.

The food is good but we were only offered 1 side.We received bad service at the entrance,the security guy was just utterly rude to us.

Wow!! This is a very nice place, the staff very friendly, the place neat and clean and the food...oh my word it's to die for. Im definately visiting again soon.

The place is so beautiful, the different themes in each room(interior design) marvelous! Spacious,good service from the stuff,lastly has an epic live performance site for hosting events.

bad bad bad bad......we hosted my baby shower in 2017, they placed us in the wrong venue and when we asked for a refund because we paid for a 2500 venue but placed at a 1500 venue they gave us the run arounds, the marketing manager refused to even speak to us over the phone, the following day we went to her office without an appointment and one of the ladies told us to make an appointment we refused until the manager let us into her office, the attitude that she gave us, its like she was saying she doesnt care, we struggled but ended up getting our refund, i will not recomment this place for anyone because they dont respec their customers. period. i think her name is Mamie

We had a very bad experience at this hotel for me it is not worth to be a 4* hotel the service is bad nobody seems to know what they are doing. We were checked in a bar and none of my details was taken. We were taken to a room that had no linen, the lady who was sent to make our bed brought a creased fitted sheet and I asked her if she was going to make our bed with it she told me they dont have linen. I'm failing to understand that during the night the room was not made up and yet they still checked us in to that same room, it was after I complained then we were moved to another room there were no towels and the lady told me that she is going to get the towels and she only brought 1 towel. My partner went to the bathroom and the toilet seat had urine in it. I ordered a glass of red wine the barman did'nt seem to know the price of the wine, I asked for another glass of wine he never returned. We slept and during the night the staff was making noise we didn't enjoy our stay at Li'theca and I regret staying at this so called 4* hotel. In the morning when I checked out as I was passing the bar I came across 4 male staff members with blue overalls I greeted them and no one bothered to answer they just stared at us, and I asked who was going to assist us, and one guy said he is going to call the chef and off he goes never returned we waited for 30 minutes no one came to us people will just pass and looked at us until we decided to leave.

Love the atmosphere, very nice chilled vibe. Also got to check out the rooms, really beautiful. So if you are looking for a night out and walk to your accommodation would definitely recommend this place.
