Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with a treatment and products used for my niece and Andrew responded immediately and resolved the concerns. He definitely went above and beyond any customer service I've experienced anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and will make sure you are completely happy with everything

I don't think this was Lourens' finest hour. It can't be because my experience was nothing like the reviews here. I think he was in a rush because consult, wash, cut, blowdry, paying was all done in 35 minutes. He didn't even section my hair and the whole cut was just weird. Then a colleague came to help blow dry so I had 2 people tugging in different directions at my hair. I have fine hair and struggle with hair loss, a bit of care would have been testimony of hair care by such an acclaimed salon. They're renovating so it's a construction site, not a salon. They called me 3 times if I could come earlier, even 15min before the appointment, they wanted to know if I was coming after I had already confirmed. They were clearly in a rush. Rather allocate a different stylist or cancel but don't do fast food style hair cuts in a rush. You should not be cutting corners, excuse the pun. It felt like a McDonald's experience so maybe new clients don't get the rolls royce treatment. I actually came in needing a conditioner, and heat protector but I will rather go somewhere else. He was friendly, but overall it was disappointing. There are better salons in Cape Town

I recently had my hair done by Tammy - she is not only a wonderful person to chat too but her hair colour skills for Blondes are INSANELY GOOD! I have never left a salon more happy! She really paid attention to what I wanted and made it happen!

By far the best hair salon in Cape Town. Everyone who is anyone goes there. The hair stylists are incredibly well trained and professional. Leandi, Guy, Andrew, the list goes on and on. There is a vibe and going there makes you feel welcome in Cape Town. You'll always walk out of there feeling great. It a wonderful new venue in Bree Street too! Superb! Try it!
