I walked in around 8:45 pm because I noticed that they had a great array of hair products. I was looking for a detoxing/clarifying shampoo. The people in the place seemed distracted but one nice person came over to help me. She tried her best to help me but acknowledged that the person who was on the phone would be the best person to answer my question. Once the person got off of the phone, The person who was assisting me tried to ask her a question to help me. She dramatically threw her arms in the air and very rudely told the girl that they were close. She never once looked at me or addressed me. I was shocked that 1. they would close early and turn away a customer 2. that someone would be so rude and belittling to a coworker. It was appalling. And I still don't have clarifying shampoo!

Got my hair done by Nikki at the salon. She was amazing. Gave me some really good recommendations for treatment. I got the Kerastase K Water treatment which made my hair feel super soft and silky which was great for my dry ends. They have some really great treatment options at really reasonable prices. Great service and friendly staff. So glad to have found a nice place to do my hair when visiting Cape Town.

I really enjoy getting my hair done by Jacky. She's attentive and listens to what you'd like then walks you through the options if it needs to be slightly different. She's a professional, knowledgeable and cares about her clients looking their best while getting what they want. She's also lovely to chat to and has a great sense of humor too. The prices are very fair and if you keep your eye out, you'll catch one of their regular specials. Go there, have a cuppa while you're getting you hair done and maybe even walk out with some salon professional products.

Jackie trimmed my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She thinned it out to perfection and cut it with such precision. I’ll definitely return to her!

Jacqui and her team at Partners VnA Unisex were excellent and kept me updated on their procedures and choices throughout the whole experience. I really appreciated that she also consults other people when making choices on colour etc, and I can see that her team respects her and enjoy working at this branch. Did haircut there! Showed to their master what haircut I want, explained exactly what length it should be, but unfortunately she did everything opposite and cut to short. I was so desperate. Very bad masters work there!

I came to Nikki to fix my hair which was over processed by my previous stylist (not at this salon) who over bleached it, leaving my hair in really bad condition: frizzy, dry, brassy. Nikki was fantastic! She did a Botox treatment and highlights and lowlights, explaining that it would be a phased approach to darkening my hair and reassured me that my hair would look good, even after I washed it. She also cut my hair shorter, giving me a far more modern and fresh look. Oh, and I needed to go to a party, so I gave her very little time to do the job! I love my hair, and enjoyed the whole experience. I’m also very happy that Partners is open after 5 and also on Sundays.. I struggle to get the time during the week. Thank you Nikki and team!

Bilqees was lovely. She did a great job on my hair. Highly recommend her.

Blow DryAll the stylists are lovely & you can usually get a good blow dry here.It’s also great for “off times” ie when a lot of other salons are closed.But sadly they have become extremely overpriced again post covid - R495 for a blow dry vs R300 on average at other salons (they charge an extra R100 to use a flat iron!). So tourist prices.It’s also become very busy again and the salon is very small so feels crapped and chaotic.
