First time visiting and I must say I loved the ambiance. Music was flowing, the nail technicians were super friendly and the final result (which was super affordable, might I add) was stunning. I would definitely go back.

I only get this 2 hour treatment as a break from being a stay at home mom of 2 under the age of 5. it can be a circus at home, BUT when I come to this place for my nails as a treat, it’s as though I walk into a bazaar with all the noise from cross conversations BY THE STAFF TO ONE ANOTHER ALL OVER THE SALON, SO LOUD THAT ONE CANNOT EVEN HEAR THAT THERE IS ACTUALLY SOFT MUSIC PLAYING IN THE STUDIO. It’s absolutely RUDE along with the fact that it’s in a language not everyone understands. I scheduled for a gel removal, reapplication and a full pedi and i didn’t stay for the pedi because of all the noise! I just wanted to get out of there. Every time I give this place the benefit of the doubt and EVERY TIME I am just disappointed.

The price wins, nothing else. Gel Mani wasn't neat, thick, and didn't last 3 days.The entire experience was below average so I will not be returning.I would've rated this nail salon a 2 to 3 star but the owner seems to think her clients are somehow wrong for voicing their views. People give Google reviews from their own experience (which mine wasn't great), and the owners work on what to improve on to make that rating grow, which just shrunk in this case.Please understand that this isn't a personal attack. I do wish your business all the best and I will return once I start hearing things turning around for the better!

Place is very neat and clean, staff is grumpy and moody, if they know the face they r so kind, i guess I was a stranger. The lady didn’t even say “Thank u for coming do come again” , otherwise my nails were nicely done.

I've been to this perticular branch twich 1ste time i already noticed the service is bad the ladies is not professional and has not work ethic...2nd time was 2 weeks i got a birthday voucher from my colleagues and i exactly feel bad that they had to waste there money on this salon...I made a booking on their Whatsapp got the booking was wrong 1 of the girls came from the other raising her voice while showing me the phone isn't this you on the phone.Did my nails the next day my gel peeled off these ladies need more training on customer service of you want to save your business.R350 (BIRTHDAY GIFT) wasted never again i won't recommend anyone to go there..

Booked an appointment over whatsapp. The process was fairly smooth. Asked for acrylics with gel which is their R350 special. The artist added a french acrylic base and nail art to 2 nails, thus my total was R390. Some slight imperfections but will still return. From my research the value for money is pretty unbeatable. Inspiration vs my nails.

Decided to come back after a year cause ALL other salon are fully booked. Please send your ladies for training. I came to apply acrylic tips. The acrylic is applied, the way you would with Nail polish. Applied to the back of the nail and brushed to the front. Making the tip of my nail very thin and then the acrylic was filed off anyway. Due to this I have decided to not continue with my other treatment booked.You have increased your prices about double since I’ve been here. Love the new store. But not wort it if my nails wont last.You will have way more returning customers that invest in your business if you invest in your staff.Thanks for the assistance but I will not be returning to your salon. I had an overall good experience. I was helped at short notice and the therapist who did my nails was very friendly and did a good job. They could however improve on professionalism: therapists were talking loudly to each other in Xhosa while doing their clients nails, the owner was also there and spoke to different therapists about work related things while everyone could hear. The atmosphere at a salon is suppose to be relaxing. Their prices are very reasonable though.

I inquired on Thursday for hands and feet gel, asking whether it would suit any time on Saturday or Sunday morningIt was confirmed via WhatsApp that Saturday at 5 p.m. would be suitable.When I arrived today Saturday at 5 p.m. I was told my appointment was not in the book for today but rather for tomorrow at 4 p.m.. the owner or receptionist told me that there was a long waiting list and asked me where I wanted her to fit me in.She even checked the WhatsApp message confirming that it was booked but had no answer or suggestions for how to remedy the situation.I said I would go and get my nails done somewhere else and she replied good luck with that"!Disgraceful and rude treatment."

I went for a manicure cost R250.... Next day my varnish was peeling off.... Clearly from the cream that was not removed frommy nails before painting... I called them. Next day to. Complain They brushed me off saying the would call me back... Never happened
