Wow best wild oysters in the gardenroute!!!! With the owner Dom and Rob as your super friendly and helpful barman this place is awesome!!!Food made with love and it shows they totally know what they doing back in the kitchen. Small menu but always fresh and served with a smile and a joke from time to time. Been here a lot and always a great place to bring my tourist clients for lunch and live music 10/10 Keep up the great work

My favourite place to visit whenever I come to george from Cape Town. Rob is awesome such a sweetie and will take care of everything. A home away from home and a different experience from any other pub. A great place for the locals and visitors. Always do nice to go and relax..good food..good vibes..love u guys xxx

The owner is friendly. Here, they serve wild oysters. Upkeep of the restaurant should be looked into, very thin line between rustic feel and neglected.

Walking around Timberlake and saw a couple of people inside, enquired whether they were open and received a sarcastic response stating 'well we're here having drinks so what do you think'...so I let my Husband know they open, we sat outside and when he went in to order was rudely and obnoxiously told we are closed.So if you are closed why tell one person you are OBVIOUSLY open and the next you're closed.Rude and obnoxious, will certainly rather spend my money elsewhere.

No frills bar/ restaurant where the service is informative and with a smile. We had oysters and line fish of the day. Worth the stop towards knysna.

Oysters were good and seemed like an awesome place. When it came to paying the manager was extremely rude and treated our group horribly. Won't be back. I would recommend the manger learn how to deal better with paying customers. Shocking experience.
