West Pack Lifestyle Centre is actually a great family outing while doing some shopping for the home and garden. They have a wide range of products and cater for things like art, home and garden, pets, books, food etc. Prices for goods are generally a little higher than usual but you pay for convenience. The centre is wheelchair friendly.

Kobus, you are a customer's dream. Knowledgeable, patient and willing to go the extra mile. To the staff that helped me with my purchase, rubber matting, thank you for your enthusiasm and top customer service. A most enjoyable shopping experience at Westpac Lifestyle Randburg.

Great store with many things to browse. Definitely advise calling in if you're looking for something specific as they may not have stock. Overall, good store.

What a disgrace. Took ages to find anyone that actually works there and when I eventually did, i tried to buy a roll of bubble wrap but was told that they don’t sell rolls only by the metre.Anyway, I got the person to start measuring increments of 1m till there was nothing left on the roll which came to 15m. As I was walking to go and pay for it, I felt that it was wet. As in wet everywhere as much as I could unroll. This is a problem because it was going to be used to fill up cardboard boxes and the water would ruin the products and boxes.After speaking to a manager, I simply asked if I could buy a new complete roll that was hopefully not wet. The manager stated moaning at me stating that only 10m are allowed per customer and that the don’t sell full rolls.It’s quite disappointing at how this store operates and the way that a manager deals with customers is disgustingWon’t be back, they can keep their wet bubble wrap and hopefully no one else has this experience

A really pleasant visit to your store: as a handicapped lady (I walk with a stick) I was utterly spoilt which not only lightened my load but brightened my day.My compliments $

Good experience . staff helpful... But I would have expexed West Pack to have in stock Plastic numbers and letters all sizes for Houer use, poat boxes etc. Flexible tough stick on numbers and letters.. Thanks .

Love this shop! Always find things that I need even if it wasn't on my list. You. An buy almost anything here. Staff are incredibly helpful.
