Make sure u have your fees properly agreed upon before starting your project. He loves to do changes after builder is on site since not all drawings are complete before, this then increases value of project, causes huge delays. Does not stick to agreements where he says the fees is capped at a certain value and in the end u sitting with hefty fees bill. Please be careful
