The staff have not got a clue, poorly trained and no personality. Bought a battery for my alarm system from here and it lasted about two months. Its odd cos the other Micas are really good. Lesson learnt, will drive to the larger hardware stores 5 mins away than wasting my time here again

Cut keys here on more than one occasion. The keys never work. I find myself walking from the store without having found what I was looking for more and more. Do not enjoy the vibe from the staff, cool teenagers with little knowledge, and a lot of attitude

Limited range on products, staff a bit consumed in their own matters rather than paying attention to customers and customer services. Staff has limited knowledge on products. (NB: Both the Owner and the manager did make contact with me to apologise for the poor experience and both requested me to re-visit the store and ask for them directly for assistance. The Owner did indicate that they are continuously focus on training whereas the Manager also said that she will address the matter to avoid such experience again. Due to their commitment to improve on service and their personal invitation, I will re--visit the store and re-evaluate their service before amending the review.)

The shop has a reasonable amount of stock, but the staff give incorrect advice sometimes and openly are against the manager staff which makes it awkward. I would rather drive a bit further further for assistance
