Still waiting after 12 days to hear anything about my parcel. First &only audiobook bought does not work. I got an initial answer from the office, not the online platform, but seem to now be ignored. On top of what the order cost I have added data & phone costs now. No call back, no tracking sms.

Na 16 dae nog geen pakkie nie en ook nie my geld terug nie. Personeel is aan die begin baie ongeskik gewees .... lee beloftes... dis al wat jy kry. Hierdie was 'n geskenk gewees wat ek al die 2de Feb bestel het. Was volgens hulle al die 7de gestuur, gister toe is die pakkie nog nooit despatch nie. Moes ander geskenk gaan koop. Sal hulle glad nie aanbeveel nie.
