Popped in on Sunday morning had a small pocket knife in mind spoke to Abigail in the Sandton branch what a dynamic knowledgeable person she really knew her stuff from what kind of Steel was used to the benefits of the different OTF makes , Blades and Triggers what ever you are paying her you double it I was truly impressed I will be back

If you are thinking if getting an air rifle/gun B&T has a good website for online. If you are a newbie you would be better to visit your nearest B&T if possible for advice on what to buy. I purchased an Artemis CR600W from this Sandton branch on a deal that included gas and pellets. I had to return to the store twice due to pellets jamming, which in 1 (maybe both) of the cases was 'operator error'. The store manager Dorean is patient, courteous and helpful. Dorean knows his business and turns out to be a bit of a marksman! He sold me a previously owned scope/sight at a good price and has twice now fixed my unusable CR600 as well as calibrating the scope for me instore. He has a young enthusiatic team who are all eager to help. In store and online are is like night and day in terms of experience. Fully recommended.

Walked in knowing close to nothing about blades and I left knowing so much more and with an awesome tool thanks to the great help from Billy. Customer service here is hard to match IMOStaff is very knowledgeable about what they are offering and willing to share their opinions on the display items.
