Up and Under
Viaan and his team creates a family atmosphere together with excellent coaching for the girls. The opportunity for each girl (no matter what experience) to grow and enjoy rugby creates a significant positive contribution towards not only growing women's and girls youth rugby but also creating the platform for girls to obtain provincial (even national) colors in the different disciplines i.e. 7s, 10s and 15s. The care and passion is evident in the respect that each girls has for the sport and the management team. So glad we are part of this family.

Up and Under
Up and Under is the best rugby club for girls in South Africa. Not only does Viaan Jonker and his team provide the higest quality coaching to girls of all skill levels, from beginners to provincial level players, but they have created a great team & family environment where the girls support and help each other achieve their rugby dreams in a safe space. My daughter is very happy at Up and Under and I can highly recommend the club to all aspiring female rugby players.

Best rugby Academy for girls/female rugby development, coaching and opportunities. My daughter joined the U+U Academy in 2022 and the experience has just been phenomenal - it is now our happy place and rugby family!
