Terrible phone communication Kaya the sales rep was rude no reply to emails. Had to drive all the way through to midrand and still could not be helped was told have to email a quote and still no reply

This company is terrible ! You wait forever for an order ( which is not communicated) and then when you try phone through, nobody knows what is going on. Can anyone recommend an alternative ?

These guys do not know what they are doing. Placed an order, waited forever then received the wrong goods that then had to be re-ordered via sea from the UK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

These guys want to charge a 45% handling fee the goods are in opened in their original packaging and i received the goods on Friday and the following Monday tried to make the return as my customer made a mistake with sizing, absolutely absurd, I was told it’s company policy to charge this rate. I will never ever buy from this company again, and will advise everyone I meet to stay away. With such terrible service I’m surprised they are still around, they do not even deserve 1 star, wish there was a 0 Star rating
