It's so difficult to find great customer service and great workmanship these days, but here you get it all and they go the extra mile. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with the overall service from CarTime Paarl. This was my first time using CarTime Paarl. I had booked a major service on my car and was promised that they would transport me from and back to the service station on the days agreed upon. I was also told that my car would be cleaned and several other small repairs and changes would be done and had paid in advance. When the agreed upon day came for me to pick up my car, they said they are too busy and could not pick me up and offered no other alternative for me to get to the service station. Inspection of my vehicle when I got to the premises showed that my car was not cleaned as promised and there was no confirmation that any of the work promised was actually done and personal items from the car with monetary value was missing including my cellphone!!. I approached the manager and informed him, he blatantly refused that anything was taken out of the vehicle and offered no help or solution to the problem. I had asked for security tapes to be pulled and a follow up to my issue to which the manager still persists that nothing was taken out of the vehicle but items are still missing. I gave not been offered any kind of refund for my losses. I will be going to court to claim back everything I have lost and damages done to my vehicle. I highly advise any South African to never use this service.

Very friendly and helpful.The reception lady welcomes you with a smile makes sure u are safe into the Uber and Izak made sure my car is sorted and took me through the whole engine to show what was done on the car . The staff is very friendly and professional.And over to make you coffee while you wait .They are very fast and efficient. Can't wait for my next car service.
