Very clean restaurant. Not noisy. Fast delivery of orders. Delicious meals. Friendly waiters.The only downside was the effects of loadshedding. We had finished our food but had to wait another 20 min extra to pay the bill as the speed point system was still loading, by then our hour meeting had ended. The stress was mounting seeing that we were getting delayed for going back to our workplaces.

I was in a hurry so asked the waiting how long it would take before the food arrived before ordering. It took three times as long, but the food was delicious.

The waitress was very sweet and recommended a lovely meal.I ordered a coffee with cream. The cream was amazing and the coffee was awful and burnt.I had the hummus and chickpea on rye toast, it was lovely. Great combination of flavours. However, the few pieces of rocket were so old and shrivelled and the lemon was probably reused a couple of times before it reached my plate.I've annexed a few photos of the old rocket and lemon I was served.

A normal up at the top M&B, nicely situated and has a self-serve section for the long-winded, but here the coffee was cold all afternoon, which meant we had to tip twice; the lady that sat us down and claimed the table, and also the other lady that brought us nice hot coffee. Twice.

The place was lovely,but the food was not fresh, the pork was dry, when I returned it, they brought a raw one, the ribs were as if they were cooked the previous day and reheated. I enjoyed the Hot chocolate, I believe they can improve.

We arrived shortly after 2 on Sunday and there weren't alot of people so we sat outside. We ordered and proceeded to have drinks while waiting for our food. At around 3 the food came and as we were eating the staff began preparing to close shop, they were cleaning and making us aware that they will be closing in 10 minutes which was 15:30 pm. A few people came in but were told they were closed and one lady asked how because according to the website the shop closes at 17:00 pm.. They hesitantly made her coffee and proceeded to pack up.. we asked for a take away and the bill. Our water brought the bill and forgot the take away. We left as we weren't comfortable but forgot our takeaway. When we returned the store was closed and there was no one. We passed there from the ATM while the waiters were outside but our waiter did not even remind us of our food. Everyone was just in a hurry to leave and not very pleased to be serving us. I was very hurt to have left our food we barely finished because we were rushed. I'm very disappointed as I did not expect such from your restaurant.. How do you deal with we such ???

The service here is great, the food also came very quickly. Special thanks to our waiter Romeo he was always keen to help and pays special attention to customers requests. Thank you once again for a wonderful service.

Always a great choice - really cannot fault this franchise and their famous muffins are by far the best in town.

Service very good, super friendly attentive staff. However the so called scone" was very disappointing. Anyone still remember what scones used to look like? I am not sure what the huge flattish looking food was that I was given but it didn't look anything like a scone should be. Good coffee though."
