Can only give them a star, if the system allowed me to give them zero stars, I would be more than happy to oblige. Still owes me monies for an upgrade to my alarm that never took place. Contacted them twice for a refund, nearly a month later no refund.

In the beginning the service is great..when you become a existing client after a while the service drops..my alarm went off 5.30 am and it could have but luckily not been a intruder..i did not get a single call from gap which i find extremely disapointing..what am i paying your monthly fees for?

Our house alarm went off during the early hours of the morning , A GAP Consultant phoned me assuring me that the GAP Response Team will be on their way shortly. Within a few minutes a guy was at our doorstep busy checking for any housebreaking ..I must thank GAP for their outstanding service!

I would give more stars but you have one person that I noticed that brings your name down....his a tallish Afrikaans white man that works for you and he was rude the one instance where there was drama in my street...he never wore his covid mask once while there was a gathering going on and he played along his role of Mr in charge...Byers came and took control and was polite and wore covid mask all time.
