Bad attitude and service - I bought my first item in the early 2000 and it was junk - I vowed never to buy from HiFi Corporation - 20 years later I buy a product R1000 and it’s does not work and I am accused of burning the cord - Really I opened it on Saturday bought it the on Friday - The staff are disgusting. Pretty hopeless place to shop. Lots of assistants standing around talking on their cellphones. Interrupting them is a bit chancy. Ask a question of the ladies at the tills at your peril

I was actually next door at cash converters, but ok let's do a review from a window shoppers experience. I parked directly in front of the store. The specialist were well displayed with pricing and product. I also love the fact that I can see your brand names from outside, I almost walked in cause I'm hunting podcast equipment but had a meeting to get to and could only do a quick drive by at cash crusaders, no I didn't find what I was looking for......I'm may need to ask for donations

This place is the worst hifi corp store i have been to...they have nothing... its like u walking into a bachelor pad...and their service is as good as going to the traffic department and hoping to be done in 30 minutes

Shop unorganized, with staff everywhere to be seen, but don't seem to be interested in customer service

Despite it being quite a small shopping centre. Its actually a good place to go, there's a HiFi corp there, a cash converters even a public library within the centre

Bought a stove,great price freandly staff

I went to get a new car radio, didn't need much help to find what I was after but my entire experience felt like a spit in the face. The staff were huddled towards the back of the shop chatting loudly and were no help at all. I found the car radios on my own but while checking specs, a staff member was having an incredibly loud conversation with someone and was blocking half the products, I patiently waited for them to finish and when they cleared off, I found what I wanted.I was already annoyed at the point that I got to the till. The lady there was lovely and was the only decent staff member there that day. When she asked if anyone had gone to fetch the product I had chosen from the back, I told her nobody was any help at all, this is when the floor staffs horrific attitude began to show, they told me I should have asked for help, I said I didn't need it and asked if they could just go and fetch the unit, the floor staff member shouted across nearly the whole length of the shop that he couldn't and I would have to wait maybe 10 minutes. This guys attitude grated me so I said I'm not doing that and they have lost a sale, scooped up the cash I had out to pay, thanked the lady at the till for being so friendly and made my way out.The staff member who had been mixing words with me from across the store loudly asked me if it was like that?" before I left.The answer is yes

Small store. Hidden behind main centre. Couldn't fathom where it was until I asked security. Surely there could be a better location for the store.
