Wish I could give no star, but without at least 1, I could not post.Most horrifying experience in my life. I will NEVER EVER make use of this so-called florist ever again. I ordered a heart shaped bouquet with 65 yellow roses for my terminally ill husband on his 65th birthday - yellow roses being a special little something for us. Got an atrocity that resembled a wreath - given the fact that someone named Eddie called the day before delivery to mention that the yellow roses were small and they will add gerberas. I was insecure about adding other flowers, explained to him that the yellow roses are very symbolic, but he promised to do something really special..... yeah right. A wreath... I phoned them and WA them to say I am not happy. I was busy making cupcakes for the hospital staff at that time. They DEMANDED that I return the flowers!!! And to top it all, they do not have any yellow roses in stock. When I got there a woman working there asked me if I was having a bad day because I was livid about the flowers!!!!!! YES LADY"

Referred a friend to get flowers there for a funeral. When he arrived the flowers was not ready. He was told to choose something from the already made arrangements. I spoke to the manager and while I was talking she put the phone down in my ear. No apology was given to my friend. Will never recommend you again.
