I ordered 2 books and the assistant said that they would call when they arrived as they are available but no store had in stock., so would order from head office/warehouse.Two weeks later, I have yet to receive a call as to whether the books have arrived or if they are not able to assist with the order.When I call the store, no-one answers.

I've been coming here since I was in high school and love the set up of the place as well as the chipper staff they hire.I haven't been there since their recent renovation, however a while before they closed down I was struggling with getting them to respond to emails or get answers for me in person for book orders which they had promised on.I'm hoping it was a brief issue and they're back on their feet again.Cute spot right next to an ice cream and froyo bar to top off the ultimate solo date.

For its size it's a nice store. They obviously don't quite have the amount of books that a larger store would have but they have a decent collection and the staff are very helpful and will make an effort for you to get the books you are looking for.
