Constantly cleaning up after you!!! Your uncovered sand on top of 22 Chepstow road is all over my house, my outdoor area looks like snow has fallen. All the cars in the road are covered with your grit! Can't even wipe it off as it scratches! Clean up your mess! Unprofessional and unconcerned!

Sand !!! All over our balconies, inside our homes in Chepstow Road Greenpoint. Why ? Because LA Developments Cape is busy plastering their building and left a heap of building sand ONTOP of the building site over the weeked that is NOT covered. No staff not foreman and simply left. It like looks like a desert storm around the neighborhood comming from their construction site. This is the ultimate disregard with zero respect for the surrounding residential suburb they have turned into an eye watering, sandblasted Caoe Town South Easter nightmare. Feb has wind in the mother city, there is a simple weather forecast app yet you fine sand onto of your 6 storey project and leave for the weekend.

There is so much sand in our balcony. Clothes were drying in our balcony is fully covered in sand and have to be rewashed. Please remove the sand from the construction site on chepstow road ASAP!!!. Your negligence is causing a lot of inconvenience to the neighbour's.

This developer leaves the construction site unattended with damage to our property. Ask that they come and clean and ignored us.

This is insane....a heap of sand has been left uncovered on top of the 22 chepstow road development and with the wind blowing our swimming pool has filled with sand and destroyed the pump. Who is going to take responsibility for this?
