Good place to buy leather and other fabrics. Prices are also fair. They even sell the leather stitching equipment and punches etc. If you are into making leather goods like belts or handbags then this is the place. Also great fabrics for upholstery needs.

Not a huge selection of fabrics but I did find many that I liked. Certainly a good place for leather, vinyl and upholstery accessories. Staff not overly helpful and prices slightly on the higher side

The staff there is very friendly. I don't know how many people acknowledged and greeted us as we entered the place!They are also helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The guy who assisted us even offered advice, reciting pros and cons of the fabric we wanted. That helped a lot because we ended up buying different material altogether as it would best suit what we wanted.I highly recommend this place, for their customer service, professional approach, and interpersonal skills.
