This is by far my most trusted panel beaters. Got my cars fixed there a few times and I must say, I'm always pleased with a stellar job.Why I'm giving it a 4 only? I believe there's always room to aim gift excellence.One of my down sides again is the fact they charge to do a quotation for private jobs; and the reasoning behind it absolutely makes no sense; or maybe the lady just didn't explain properly.I would definitely recommend then for all your car fixtures. My family had also joined in using them, them alone

I had a pleasant experience with Auto magic Roodepoort. I was informed of everything that is gonna be done to the car. Even when there was a delay they informed me. I would highly recommend them for anything that has to do with a car. To the lady at reception, The man that inspected the car and The guy that fixed the car your services are appreciated a lot. Thank you soo much!!!!

My car went in for panel beating which I was pleased with. However, once I received my car back, another issue up which was unrelated to the repairs, cropped up. William handled the problem so professionally and made sure my car was returned in perfect working order. Thank you all at Auto Magic Roodepoort.

Dent and paint repairs completed timeously however the workmanship shows that they focus more on moving the vehicles out instead of a quality job mainly for these reasons.1. There's visible paint rundown on the panels2. Reassembling of the parts that were dismantled is not according to manufacturer specifications, (electrical wiring for my cars lights was bridged) this wasn't the case when the vehicle was dropped off.3. Engine bay left dirty with paint dust after repairs.4. I had to return the following day because they had managed to blow one of the foglights bulbs and they didn't have a matching spare, now my vehicle has a blown fuse and the left side front and rear park lights are dead.The list goes on... I must say they've done an excellent job of frustrating a client and stealing the very pride and joy bestowed on one's vehicle. I do not recommend this kind of workmanship and poor service.
