This place is INCREDIBLE. Honestly I don’t know how I could fault it. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was exceptional - super welcoming and friendly even with a glass of wine! The photos of the rooms do not do justice. The views directly facing the sunset are sublime and the positioning of the hot tub perfectly aligned for this. We looked at so many other accommodations and are so so happy we didn’t settle for an equivalent hotel. The pool is also great and in the afternoon when the sun hits it and the air is hot it’s the most refreshing thing, and of course it also boasts great views. We could only stay for one night (WISH we stayed for more) and we had our swims then could not leave the room. Ordered some delicious pizza for delivery vía Uber eats and sat in and watched the glorious sunset with a nice bottle of the local red.For those of you who want to hike up table top / the twelve apostles to the side of it (an absolute must if you are a mobile person) then the house is situated right next to the start of the Pipe Track (a main track which goes around the mountain slopes for epic views) and if you follow it up a bit it joins the Kasteelspoort hiking trail which actually takes you up to the top where you can walk along the top to the main table mountain bit. This is such an awesome perk of the location so you have to walk it! It’s a lot of steps which will take between 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on fitness but the views are more than worth the effort. Do this first thing in the morning and you are blessed with having the sun blocked out - heaven.

I didnt stay at the place, but one of my guests stayed there, I was their host while they visited Cape Town. The rooms have bezutiful views very spacious and makes you feel, like your on a besutiful vacation. It has all the amenitites and when mt gurst and i asked if she could have an earlier book in due yo earlier flights. They acvpmodayed her by having the room ready by 1.30pm..just in time for her arrival. So good service overall and the lady who helped us at reception who id Very lovely, and helpful. Great plave with nice communal area.. With tea's and coffee and nice chill area.

What a gem of a self catering accommodation venue situated on top of Bakoven (Camps Bay). A warm welcome by Gerald and a glass of bubbles... very professionally run and I recommend a stay here anytime!

A beautiful accommodation with a breathtaking view of the ocean!The Bakoven/Camps bay location is one of the most beautiful and safe neighbourhoods in Cape Town. So every morning was spent enjoying a coffee (provided by the house) by the pool with the aforementioned view, then walking (30 minutes) down to the beach. I enjoyed the late evening by the pool again, because the sunset from there is just special. Friends joined me to enjoy this spectacle. There, at the foot of the mountain, you also enjoy the peace and quiet. The city noise does not exist there. That was very pleasant for me - because I also had a relaxing retreat.The room was big enough, had a kitchenette with all the essential kitchen utensils, a large bed for two, a big wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub.This room also had a large terrace with a table and two chairs.It was actually more like a small flat than a room.It was clean and tidy when I arrived, as well as every other day.So thanks to the great staff, who made sure that all guests felt comfortable in the entire building. And great praise to these wonderful people who were there for all every day with friendliness and support.I also would like to mention an additional advantage of bayview penthouses: The Generator.Cape Town is known for its unusual situation regarding power cuts( called load sheddings).Compared to my friends who lived in other flats with similar prices, I had light, wifi and hot water during the load sheddings.The owners really thought of everything.I would like to thank the owners again for everything. They are incredibly lovely and friendly. I really felt at home thanks to you.

The place is out of this world. We had a penthouse with jacuzzi & furniture is soo dope. I would recommend anyone visiting cape Town to book this place as it's placed in one the famous streets in camps bay & 100m you can use Entrance to table mountain to do hiking. What a beautiful place to live in.

Besides the beautiful place and setting,The place is spectacular. Being awoken by the sea breeze,priceless. The view unforgettable! I really enjoyed my stay. I only wish there could be wifi in the studio room to avoid going in and out of the room at night so that one can make use of the wifi, besides that i enjoyed. I would come back in a heartbeat.Thank you for the warm welcome and great service.
