Chalet 5 is in a poor condition: air conditioner not working, shower leaking, tiles missing from floor, fridge not working, lost a lot of food due to this, doors not closing they use 5l water bottles to keep it close, drains not serviced, furniture not up to standard. This was the worsted stay ever.

They gave us expired Crum bread. Ting expired April 4th and I was there on May 2nd. But otherwise I was projust unlucky and I wouldn't lie about the entire place, it's great and quite a value for money.

I live here and to be honest my stay has been amazing. I feel safe and the noise level is to a minimal or none. It's the best place to 'rent to buy' a flate.

Had our awards function there. The food was excellent but the bar was a bit bare. Not much to choose from but it was a Pop Up Bar so perhaps I expected too much.

The Executive cabin is a complete ripoff! We stayed one out of three nights. We could not get out of there quick enough. The company should be ashamed to put people in there. It’s cramped, drainage in bathroom blocked, fixings for towel rack and toilet paper roll in dry wall just falls out.The road to the cabin feels like you need a four by four vehicle, muddy holes, bumps.

Staying here for a week was great! I'd definitely make a reservation at Bains if I'm in Bloem again. Obviously, the stay resembles that of an outdoor retreat rather than a city hotel stay. But I loved it and that's what matters.

This place needs serious recemping, the carpets, the bathrooms the darkness in the rooms, patio furniture is too old, no fridge in their rooms.Their stuff (reception, housekeeping) was super amazing from check in to checking out. I even received a call from the lodge informing me of the personal items that I left behind. I was truly touched and appreciative.
