MTN BRENTWOOD PARK

Not good experience with this shop , I bought a led cover for Samsung s23+ , after 2 days it wasn't working , it was returned to the shop within a week of purchase . I was told it would be refunded as Samsung South Africa doesn't have stock to replace it. Three months down the line I am still waiting for my refund. I bought one online from Samsung and it is working perfectly.

This is BY FAR the BEST Mtn shop in the East Rand. Melissa was super friendly abd helpfull. 10 stars.

I had the unfortunate experience of going into the shop on Thursday morning, 28 April 2022.The owner, I was told later, then arrived and continued to very rudely reprimand an employee in the shop.This lady in my eyes was most unprofessional, there is a room with a door where she could have called in the person in question but it seemed like she had pleasure in embarrassing these person in front of everyone.NOT a pleasant experience at all. The lady that was assisting me was doing everything in her power to assist me in a very friendly professional way in spite of the scene that was being conducted.I would most definitely not support this establishment anymore.

Best service ever received form an amazing lady. Melissa goes the extra mile to make sure client is happy at all times and goes further and beyond to make sure everything is in order. She definitely deserves the employee of the year award

Excellent service received from Mellissa James at the MTN store. Mellissa was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond her duties to assist. She truly went the extra mile to ensure that I had a positive experience and I will definitely be recommending the store to friends and family in the future.

I needed a new phone so I went into this MTN store to see if I could get a new cell phone I was seen to by one of the agents there, I was given an option between 2 phones which one of them I was promised it came with better attachments than the one I initially wanted. For me to sign the contract and get told afterwards that the accessory doesn't come included even though that was there selling point that it did... Don't listen to their advice rather do your own research
