Bahri Wedding Venue

Might have been a good place to get married at a few years back. Had my wedding there in Feb 2022 and it was not worth the money.Beautifull venue, would use again for the aesthetic. But the management and communication of the weekend of my wedding was non existent. There was no water the Friday at the Bridal Suite, so the toilets couldnt be used. The swimming pool was never cleaned even after I asked. Couldnt use it for the whole weekend. I know it's a farm pool and it's not going to be all sparkly and clear, but there's not suppose to be a thick layer of slime covering the top. Fridges weren't switched on, geysers were off and we were never told to put them on ourselves and we only figured that out by the time we wanted to start getting ready.Workers threw away all the flowers directly after the people went to bed after the reception. They only started getting the venue ready the Friday, that includes cutting all the grass, cleaning everywhere, emptying the fountains, etc. There was not enough time to get everything done the day before the wedding when the venue is so big and management shouldve known this.We had to transport our own wood and chairs and get it ready at the farmhouse as they didnt have enough hands to do the ton off work that was left for the day before.Went to talk to the manager after the weekend and she could not have cared less.It really is a gorgeous venue. But that's about it. You can't get a do over of your wedding day so pick wisely.

My wife and I had a truly amazing wedding weekend here. We both love nature and freedom, and this is what we got. This venue was the perfect fit for what we wanted - just a celebration of love without all of the bells and whistles, tight schedules and rules.

The most festive, easy-going, intimate and fun wedding I've ever attended and the venue played a key role. Authentic, beautiful space. We made use of the extra space on the property as a camping facility and it did wonders for a sense of bonding and celebrating together amongst the guests. Truly spectacular.

Beautiful place! Lot of animals around! Love the setup and people friendly although i think i will only comend on the service after my daughters wedding in June!

You can't really choose your in-laws and automatically gain their support, but you can set a positive tone right from the start.To us, Bahri will always be the obvious choice of venue. We thank you for such incredible memories!

If I could do it all again I would. Bahri Wedding Venue was so accommodating, no request was impossible. The people at Bahri are lovely and the rustig venue resulted in a dream come true wedding!

I held my wedding at Bahri Wedding Venue in May 2022 and I couldn’t have wished for a more special day! The bridal suite is beautiful decorated and resulted in the most beautiful photos. Another plus is how close it was to the reception area so I could just pop back to the room if I wanted to grab something (and that’s where we also practiced our first dance). So much thought has been put into the chapel and reception area from massive wooden barn doors, to chandeliers to the fountain which was a beautiful backdrop to our wedding vows. The reception area is very cleverly done as it can accommodate small and big weddings while still creating an intimate feeling.The food was incredible and everyone has been raving about it ever since.There are so many beautiful outlooks where you can get really striking photos taken and the photos from the day are breathtaking. There are beautiful views from a lookout point overlooking the Vaal river, to reflection photos in the pool, to fields with koppies in the background.Last, but certainly not least, Erina and her team went out of their way to make sure that my every need was met and that the day was success that it was. I was organizing the wedding from overseas and they bent over backwards to assist wherever they could!Thank you to Bahri Wedding Venue, you will always hold a very special place in my heart!

Bahri wedding venue is just amazing.We had my daughter’s wedding at Bahri in August 2022 and everything was perfect.The venue was clean and beautiful, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was just amazing.We received such nice compliments from our guests.Thank you Erina and team for making my daughter’s wedding the dream wedding she wanted!
