You can actually just come in at any time for your Visa application once you have made the online appointment. No need to wait for the day of your appointment. I attended on the time and date of mine and someone who's appointment was weeks later, was assisted before me because the time slot was open. They help self service clients any time.It literally took a couple of minutes for the applications to be finalised. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.Very efficient assistance by all staff.

Mainly for Visa applications. The service was awesome not too busy at the time and team was very helpful. Parking can be an issue but the new underground place is decent and safe.
