Serious poor service issues, with failure to supply ordered products and /or return funds as per their company policy. Product in question is the Splash Drone 3+ battery. 2 months for NON delivery is not acceptable.

After a brief chat with him we agreed that he would first try and supply and alternative combo deal before he credits me in full back to my account (He had firstly offed to pay my money back, which I thanked him for and said rather keep it and lets see what you can come up with).He put together an amazing deal the surpassed the previous one and all this with in 2 days.
