Absolutely horrible customer service that deserves no stars at all. I am now needing to open a police case against them as they have taken my money and delivered an incorrect item and now I cannot get a hold of them. I ordered a couch and the incorrect colour was delivered and the couch is of horrible quality with a terrible smell. I've just had a baby as well and they kept makes excuses around the return policy. They were argumentative about the colour couch I ordered, even after providing evidence, pictures and proof. They are extremely unprofessional and dismissive to customers. I plan to take this further with the consumer protection act. They do not answer calls or respond. Just shocking. I've never ever had to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. This company and business is a pure scam they are taking people's money and getting away with it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!They do not even deserve a 1 star, I ordered and paid online and after promise after promise after promise everyday they for two weeks they delivered half of what I ordered. Now they are refusing to pay back my money for the things I didn't get. This is now going for 4 weeks and I still haven't received my full order.Please read the reviews and do not order from them, 100% fraudulent!

So in general products and services Lower than 4 stars I don't purchase, however I thought let's give them a try they look reliable and affordable.Within 3 months of purchasing a couch it broke.They are new ignoring all communication from me.I tried refraining from leaving this review but I don't think it's a good idea to purchase from them.If they answered my communications ands offered to fix, replace or refund,this review would have been 5 stars but the fact that they are ignoring me tell me something is sketchy.

OMG these people are a total SCAM. No telephone communication. No business bank account just ewallet. Factory staff doesn't have the manager's number. 3 to 5 days delivery turned into 27 days with promises every day. Then they delivered, I was only happy for a week and then the couches fell apart, they asked me to send a picture for the sound and disappeared foam. I'm scared to have them fixed by them, I might never see them again. I got my couches on a wing and a prayer in the first place. A guy called Jack says their business is protected by Psalm91. I really wonder. Only God knows what they are up to

Ordered a chest of drawers 2 weeks ago . Wasted my whole Saturday waiting on them to deliver only for them to tell me after 5 they dont hsve any knobs (bear in mind I was there Saturday morning and told me they will deliver because it's not done(. They then said they will deposit my money it is 5 days later I still haven't receive any money nor are they answering my WhatsApp calls.

I have been waiting for two weeks for a delivery of two sets of chest of drawers, that have been paid for with delivery fees paid as well. They do not answer their phone and keep giving an excuse about delivery times and production on email and whatsapp. They do not even deserve a star. I am a very angry customer.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered items and paid. Was told delivery would be in 3 days. Its been over a month of endless excuses and delays to delivery for no apparent reason. Every time they give a delivery date. They don't communicate on the day and then when u enquire they give you another useless date and the cycle continues. Requested a refund so many times, its been another month, no refund. I plan on taking this company to small claims court to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. A total scam! Trust index should be zero.

Oh my goodness I should have checked the reviews before placing an order and making a payment. Have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for order. Not answering calls, terrible on email responses. Contact me urgently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
