RANDBURG MOVERS - TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL AND POOR SERVICEOn 16 February 2023, I contacted Randburg Movers to hire them to assist with a move to my new home. The move was arranged for 28 February 2023.On 20 February 2023, and as required by the company, I paid over an amount for 50% of the total costs for the move. After making payment, the company confirmed that the moving crew would arrive at my old home at 09h00 on 28 February 2023. On the morning of the move, I received a message from the company informing me that the moving crew would be a little later than 09h00" as they had experience certain delays from a move that had not been completed on the previous day. The moving crew arrived more than 6 hours later at 15h20. The moving crew also arrived with a terrible attitude and they effected the move at a glacial pace even though they were ridiculously late. Randburg Movers were extremely professional. Our original moving company cancelled at 15:50 the day before the move. Randburg Movers we’re so willing to help and obliging with my timeline.The team were professional and unperturbed by the drizzle. They worked tirelessly.If it was not for them, we would literally have been in the proverbial African elephant doo-doo.Thank you, RM.
