Zenzeleni new tower

We used Zenzeleni for over 3 years in the hope that we were supporting a community network that would grow into a world class service.This network has terrible customer service, huge downtime blackouts, poor speed and their work on the network takes hours, sometimes days with the problem hardly ever being fixed properly.They are also overpriced compared to similar networks on the Wild Coast and do not have full solar backup on their pointing network from Mthatha.They give community networks a bad name and I have no idea how they managed to pull awards as they most definitely do not provide award winning service.Stay away from this network at all costs.
