PostNet Table View Sandown

Pathetic service. Parcel arrived 10 months late. Poor service and even worse attitude by staff. Don't waist your time, money and energy on your this poorly managed store.

I sent a package from PostNet Table View Sandown, Shop 27 The Emporium Cnr. Woodlands Way &, Sandown Rd, Parklands, Cape Town, 7441 to my 2-year-old nephew. I told the sales person to please wrap the package because I do not know how and to put a fragile sticker on it. He assured me that I need not worry he will sort it. It arrived at its destination in 1000 pieces. No sticker, no protection. The kid's heart is broken because the sales person did not do as he promised.This is really unacceptable.

Do not use this POSTNET at all! Service is unreliable and communication skills is seriously poor. Wish id known before using them! How can they charge a different rate to the other branches too. Never again! The staff doesnt understand client aervice at all, especially in their trade you would think they would specilise in it!! Very dissapponted.

Postnet Sandown is definitely one of the best around. We often use them to send parcels locally and internationally as well as get documents printed and flyers made. The local R99 postage is often quick and reliable, just track your parcel. If you can be assisted by the female staff they are normally the best to assist you as they know the system inside out.

I had a terrible experience at this branch yesterday. The woman who works there and was going to assist me with some printing, was very cleary quite ill. She was coughing when I first arrived, but I just assumed it to be a throat clearing cough. However, as I got closer to her, I realised that she was very sick with a cold or virus or covid (who knows!). I realise that the rules for covid have been relaxed a lot, but I find it completely disrespectful to clients to have someoene at work who is so symptomatic. As soon as I realised how sick she was, I took my flash drive from her and ran out like a crazy person - because I have a chronic illness and I need to be careful about viruses. Needless to say, I will never go back to this postnet. I am not sure if this is a managerial issue, but people should be allowed to stay at home when they so clearly are very ill and risk infecting others.

They never text when your parcel arrives.

My Christmas present were sent to the completely wrong location. They did not notice. Items in the package were then broken due to the extra travel. Once again, informed late. No customer service, no help. Presents to family are late and broken. You ruined Christmas, thanks Robyn.

This branch is terrible and lazy. They never let you know if your package has arrived. You have to call them! The branch at Westcoast Village is amazing. They SMS you as soon as the package arrives.
