Florida Hills Veterinary Clinic

This has been my vet for the last two and a half years. Two and a half weeks ago, I was turned away from the door with my dying cat in my arms. We were the first and only patients. No real reason was given as to why we couldn't be attended to. No acknowledgment of the fact that our little girl was an existing patient!In fact we were directed to three other vets in the area.The vet at the end of Ontdekkers ,who didn't know us from a bar of soap, sprang into action acknowledging the emergency and behaved in a compassionate, kind and accommodating manner.I am sad, disgusted and disappointed at the treatment we received. We didn't deserve it - our little girl didn't deserve it.Clearly Florida Hill veterinary Clinic never deserved our trust.Be careful about who you allow into your life to care for your loved ones. I cannot in good conscience recommend this vet to anyone.You cannot pretend to care for a patient when it is convenient and then send them away in an emergency.

Refused to see a sick cat at 18.30. Wouldn’t have taken her at that time if was not an emergency.

The reception was excellent booking my appointment with the friendly staff was good the vet was fantastic all medicine prescribed for my dog was thoroughly explained and yes the treatment give to my dog was spot on she is much better after a week .

Zoe has the best knowledge and expertise on cats. Her love for our fur children is incredible! Semonei's vet for life!

Dr Zoe loves your fur child as if it is her own. I was overwhelmed by the love and care I received at the practice.

Dr Botha is an excellent vet. Both my fur-babies love her.

Dr Zoe is so patient with her patients. She is kind, caring and very thorough. She is the only person who I take my kitties to. If I could give 7 stars I would.

Veterinary clinic that actually care. They treat your pet like royalty and make you feel part of the healing process.

So very impressed with Dr Zoe's thoroughness, care and patience she took with my cat. I will definately go no where else in future.
