Verry lazy to come and help in the beginning. But then it was made up with very friendly staff

Horrendous Collection warehouse, staff were not friendly and short tempered. I was not happy with the furniture I ordered and asked them how to log a return, they would cut me off mid question and speak to me in such a disrespectful manner. Security guards were lovely though.

Excellent service, very professional and on time delivery. Delivery timeline was constantly updated via messaging to cell. Very happy with the service received.

Clean. Efficient. The gents made sure I checked my items. Beautiful product. Great service.

Very accommodating, the guys helped me with ropes and tying the mattress to the roof of the car. I truly was impressed by their customer service.

Very poor service, I have been calling two days in a row to make arrangements to collect my furniture at the Parow DC, every time I get transferred to a person whose phone is off the hook or it rings continuously with no answer and then it you get and answering machine service that asks you to leave a voice message which I have done but no call back. I contacted the TFG on line number and I was advised the the merchandise is at the DC and that I just need to arrange a time with the DC to collect but how do you do that if no one can assist you, all the receptionist does is transfer you call knowing that there is no one available at the other end, it is very frustrating. This is really terrible service from such a big group.
