Very happy with my experience here and will be back. Staff went the extra mile to check my bike and determine what needed to be done. Good communication to tell me when bike ready to pick up. They did a super good job - service/fix was expertly done and at a reasonable price ....my electric bike is a dream to ride now! I didn't even realise how good it could feel! Thanks so much!! TIP - try and visit the workshop out of weekend hours as it can get busy!

Very good service. Guys there speak many languages. I could find someone speaking turkish so it was easy for me to communicate.

Santiago knows his stuff. Great service and kept aware of what the costs would be throughout the repair. E bike repairs can be a bit tricky but you know these guys aren't ripping you off.

The team at SEB Ultimo Service were wonderful. They fixed my bike for me on the spot and reported the issue I had with the bike to the owner. They even took time to show me the correct way to tighten the front wheel and use the settings on my Bosch control unit. Thanks guys. You are amazing.

Very bad experience ! Dropped my ebike which had a battery issue. The guy on the desk told me I didn't need to let my charger as they got some. Finally they called me few days after to ask me to bring the charger as they didn't have the right one...And I received after that an expensive quote for a brand new battery. I asked them to confirm it was a new battery which they do. And when I pick up my bike today the battery was scratched on the cover so it is obvious it is not brand new and at best a reconditioned. I argue about it but their only answer was it is brand new...the cover is damaged only because they stored them together...No discussion and customer support! I know they don't care but I will never come back in this store and advise it to my friends.

Good service.... once they look at your bike. It took them a week for my bike to get through the queue for repair. Ask how long their repair backlog is.They were able to fix the electricals the day it got to the front, and the mechanical repairs the next day.I did have to remind them of the mechanicals. I guess they have 2 different departments for that?I had registered online, and they couldn't find that information when I arrived.

We walked in without a reservation. My wife and I needed 2 bikes. There was only one, so the main worker there rented us his personal bike. It was excellent service!
