Cape Skylights

Cape Skylights recently installed a tubular skylight for us in a small dark room and what a difference it has made! They arrived on time, were always courteous, organized, and completed the job in a few hours. What a pleasure. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have had really great service. I got two tubular skylights installed. Reza quoted me last year and, when I was ready, sent through another quote timeously. He honored this quote, despite parts having increased. I was pleased with his team, who managed to install the skylights with minimal dust and hassle; they were punctual, tidy, and knew what they were doing. OK, it hasn't rained yet so I can't comment on its leaking or not. But Reza seems friendly, reliable, ethical and honest. I hope to work with him again soon.

Just finished yet another successful install with Reza. Cape Skylights provide great service, they keep on providing the best priced skylights in the industry and I haven't had one leaking install in the 12 years I've used them.

Reza came on a weekend to do an assessment and quotation for my skylight installation and was able to schedule installation shortly thereafter. He gave some good advice on placement, type and size to address the issue of lighting in my kitchen. He is an incredibly nice supplier to work with - there was a small issue with the ceiling after installation but he made sure to schedule the team to come again and address it and my experience was that he wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the installation. I really appreciate the good service and customer satisfaction focus and I absolutely love the difference the skylight is making in my home. I would definitely recommend Cape Skylights!

Cape Skylights the worst customer service ever. The owner is very rude and chauvinistic. Installs skylights but doesnt finish it off.. doesnt explain the process upfront so we understand what he does and doesnt do. Leaves his guys at your house, doesnt check their workmanship and leaves. Do not use this company.! He says the products are guaranteed but it doesnt say that anywhere on the quote. We had to ask him for a guarantee in writing. Not a professional outfit at all. Tells me he will.come at 2pm, pitches up at 3pm and then asks me have u ever been delayed in your life? Rude.. disrespectful owner

Cape Skylights installed skylights at my place in Newlands about 5 years ago. We had endless problems, heavy leaking during the winter months he came out a few times to stop the leaking but nothing helped. I eventually had to get another company out to stop the leak. A hinge also broke on the skylights not long after the installation and to this day I am still waiting for them to replace it. Many promises that it had to come from overseas as they do not have the spare parts. Five years later it still has not arrived. Beware of using this company especially when parts break. Zero stars to them.
