Not a very friendly reception, the young sales lady attempted to redeem the store by providing friendly service but was overshadowed by management lack of service and balance of staff glaring at us from the till point. They had a shoe that was part of Frenzy shoe sale, but they weren’t aware that this shoe was on sale. Even after admiting we weren’t the first customer asking for it. We went to Canal walk adventure shoes and got the deal there.

Exquisite wear and gear. Tailor made to suit your requirements and tastes. Excellent variety. For the more refined, visit Poetry, Canal Walk, need time out to go through all there is to offer, for his and hers. Closure of pop up store to advantage of CUM. Now staff can concentrate on the high end consumers they are to serve and assist. Well done to the Manager and staff.

Massive thanks to one of your staff Drew Korck. He was very professional, clued in and knew exactly what he was talking about. After going to a few different stores I called cape gate and Drew gave me the best advice for my hiking trip to the Drakensberg. Definitely a role model for the brand. Good job Drew and thank you

Extremely terrible customer service and poor products knowledge.I wanted a warm (water resistant) jacket. They tried to convince me that water repellent is the same. different" there discription....Ingae is very rude and disrespectful

Poor customer service on defective down jackets purchased from the store..For the price you pay, I expected better service.I have been waiting over 3 weeks now for there department to access the jackets in order for me to get refunded or a new jacket.
