If you're looking for a wide variety of appliances - you're at the right place. They have a huge range of electronics and small domestic appliances to choose from - a really well informed complement of sales staff and an excellent service/repair centre all in one roof! On entrance, you're greeted by the beautiful boutique style foyer and further welcomed to explore the store. Highly recommended if you're in the area and it's easy to spot from a distance!

Unethical bunch.Bought a tv with a free voucher attached at the sale, which was pushed as an additional extra, only to find that the voucher must be used in a month.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I didn't even buy the most expensive thing, and they called me asking if everything went fine with the delivery can't remember when last I experienced customer service like this

Do not buy extended warranties as the repair center is very poor. Had my washing machine with them for 12 weeks end of last year only for it to break again end of March. It is now 6 weeks after the repair has been logged again and no feedback at all. If you don't sit on their cases every day I am sure it will never get fixed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.I bought an oven from them - within a month the oven stopped working, the customer support was terrible and I had to wait for over a week for a technician to come, the technician was unable to fix it due to not having the part - he never returned and I had to deal with Hirches again on trying to get him back (again took over a week).Then a month and a half later - the oven breaks again, this time a different issue. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS to get a technician back.There is always a promise of someone from the store calling but they never do.Bad appliance, bad customer support.

I called them to see if they sell remotes for Samsung TV. They didn't but the person I spoke to went to extra ordinary length to try source one for me.UNBELIEVABLE service in these times. Well done and I will definitely shop there more often now.

While their prices are decent, I found their sales people only keen on pushing high end merchandise to maximise their potential commission. There was no real interest in understanding what I'm looking for or what I needed in that sales process.I ended up leaving and buying online instead.The other thing that annoyed me was being charged R300 delivery for transporting my purchase literally across the road.

I like the variety they have in store, but the sales people are a bit too much. Specially when they try selling me something different or upsell" on something I already decided to buy. And their online is good
