View of ocean and close proximity to beach wonderful. Parking was an issue on arrival, neighbours partied on balcony close to bedroom window. Apartment neatly decorated.

Our stay at PIPS place was superb!! Very neat and clean.Very cosy. Guests are spoilt with needy things like Spice coffee and tea, sanitizers. and much more. We would highly recommend the place and will revisit it definitely again!

Situated on Beach road Strand, the beach is just across the road. Traffic do get hectic during holidays, do parking on the road is at a premium. There is car guards looking after your car. Beach us safe for kids to swim.

Our week's stay at the Penthouse in January 2023 exceeded all of our expectations and more! It was pure bliss in luxury with nothing lacking on the Beach! What a wonderful stay it was indeed. Beautiful view and tip top apartment. Reception ladys top class and make you feel at home. WiFi connection and movie channels what more do u need. Secure parking. I would recomend Pips place for any one looking for affordable with luxury feel accommodation.
