Great after sales service from JP and team. I had a problem with an air con that I had fitted months ago, these guys sorted it out without questions or complaints.

Went to these guys for supply and fitting of a head unit and speakers and door pockets to my landcruiser. I had a to return 3 times for them to correctly fix the headunit in the dash as it kept pushing out as I drove. I complained about the door pockets because they were scuffed and dirty, so clearly recycled or refurbished units instead of new. It took months for them to arrange a new set after having to remind them on several occasions - went to have them fitted and they are the wrong colour. I will not give them the benefit of my time anymore.They appear knowledgeable and seem to draw a lot of business, but in my experience, quality control is last on their list, especially if you're not laying out big money
