One I have noticed is they don't respond on time, only interested on benefiting themselves only.

Such a pity that there are so many businesses out there that are doing so well that they really do not need to care about customer service. I have now spoken to two people from this business, and received a commitment from each to call me within the hour, which has long gone. My early morning WhatsApp message was not even read.This does not feel like doing business, but rather like I am a dentist trying to pull their teeth. If this is how a customer who wants to do business, and has the money and inclination to do so, is treated, one can only wonder what happens once they do have your money.Perhaps they are so popular that they just do not need any more business.
