Just attended a wedding there. The decor was average and the charcuterie board was dismal. Only two cheeses and some salad. Appetizer was fairly decent for me, but other guests complained that their fish was overcooked. The main course was also a huge disappointment as the cold meat was undercooked, the chicken was overcooked and the potatoes were still half raw. The waiting staff's service was horrible as well, with none of them being visible and most of them being unfriendly. My girlfriend asked them for some water and they flat out refused to bring her any so she had to go to the kitchen to get it herself.All in all, it would have been an unpleasant experience if it wasn't for the people I was with. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money here.

They really dont care. The dining room was cold and messy. The diner was expensive for SA (15$) and strange. We were 3 and two of us had a T bone steack that was good but the third one had a only a very tiny chicken leg. Ni vegs but 5 or 6 slices of fried potatoes.No dessert, no drinks.The breakfast was in the same style. A coffee and a tiny bowl of muesly.The number of cushions in the room did not balance the lack of cleaning. We found an used pair of stockings under the bed...

THIS IS A SCAM- don’t ever book here, i saw townships that where better that this place.We booked hoping on a nice relax nature stay with pool to cool down. Very friendly staf showed us around to a broken pool ( looks like for years) and a room with a not made bed that had other people cloths on it! We thanked and ran away we did not spend the night. Asked nicely to the contact nr to cancel our booking but no ways - don’t ever book here this if you don’t want to be disappointed.

You ensured that we were fed and enjoyed a good time with friends we don't see often - we could focus on ourselves and you and your team made sure everything was convenient(you exceeded our expectations by far). If you love being close to nature with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, away from the city then this place is for you. Peaceful and tranquil. The originals farm house has spacious bedrooms and the food is delicious and tastefully presented.Our host was very friendly and made sure our stays was wonderful.Booking for the new places away from the farm house is very popular and always fully book! There is a swimming pool and braai (BBQ) facilities. Near the Clanwilliam dam if you want to do sightseeing or do some hiking.

Stayed there in december 2016 and just remembered my awesome time there. It may not be polished in every corner, but the owner is super friendly and makes you feel like visiting friends. Food was superb and having breakfast in the flowery garden a great way to start your day!

It was a huge disappointment. The rooms are all in one house and it doesn't look too clean. No TV's in the rooms. If you need privacy it's definitely not the place to go too. Plastic garden chairs on the stoep and in the kitchen. A big NO NO for me. No security. There was only one lady to receive us and one lady and child in the kitchen. Looked creepy

It is a small guesthouse - was sceptical at first as it looks a bit run-down from the outside. Not too impressed with the rooms - it needs some work...but it was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The view is beautiful. It's nice and quiet. THE FOOD was GREAT. We ordered steak and chips and was blown away by the taste, presentation, etc. Breakfast was sooo good. The service is great. If you want some peace and quiet and good food at a VERY AFFORDABLE price, this is the place.
