I was disappointed at their service. Poor telephone etiquette, words like 'please and thank you' are not used at all when you communicate with them on whatsapp. My order was missing an item when delivered. Roses died within 2 days and customers told to go pick up new ones at their own transport expense!! I was disappointed.
